Shipping Policy

Local Pickup: Edmonton, AB - FREE

When your order has been received you will get a confirmation email regarding your order.

Once your order is processed and fulfilled, you will receive a second email announcing that

your order is ready to be shipped/delivered or ready to be locally picked up.

Orders are shipped via CANADA POST Standard Shipping or Express.

Local Edmonton deliveries are delivered within 1-2 business days.

We only ship/deliver to PayPal confirmed addresses. A confirmed address is one that has been established by PayPal as belonging to the PayPal account holder.

ALL shipping information above is subject but not limited to and can change depending on inventory, your order can take longer or be shipped and processed within a shorter time.

Returns Policy

No EXCHANGES, No REFUNDS

ALL Sales are FINAL.

Used, gently tested, and/or opened items will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange under any circumstances due to hygiene purposes.

We ask that all customers PLEASE review your order before confirming your purchase. If there is a MISTAKE with your order on our end we will use our expertise with resolving any issues that their may be.
